Hello Friends and Family!
That's right, I'm riding a stick horse in a stick horse derby. :) Dreams do come true! Haha! But I wouldn't just do this for any non-profit. As some of you know, I have been volunteering for CATR (Charleston Area Therapeutic Riding) now for over a year. This has been an amazing chance for me to use my experience and passion for horses to help support individuals with disabilities in our community. I have seen firsthand how meaningful interactions with these kind, accepting horses can make a huge impact on both children and adults alike. CATR is an exceptionally run non-profit who truly cares for both their horses and the huge variety of people who come to their facility. In addition, this is where Peyton rides!! She is part of their small secondary English riding program and has had the opportunity to learn to ride on the sweetest of horses and ponies. Please support me as I help raise funds for CATR and their incredible therapy horses!
Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal, and will provide CATR students with such a special gift. Let's Pony Up for CATR!
